Checkin was smooth. I was supposed to stay here for 4 nights, but I ended up leaving after the 1st night. Reason was that the room was very small and an incident the next morning. What was alarmed that at 7.30 am the next day, there was a guy in the opposite building using a large video camera, and filming into the rooms which had the curtains open. I should have taken a picture of this incident and the guy filming. I later walked to the front desk talked to the manager - James Arango and explained the situation. I also told him that I did not want to stay here, and advised him that he needs to call the police. The front rooms face the courtyard. No problem here. The back rooms are very close to the neighboring building and I suspect there is some illegal activity going on there. Management needs to call the police on this right away.

I've stayed in this property before for business travel. It's well located and quiet, with good options for eating within walking distance. Reasonably priced. This time around I felt the room, especially the bathroom, could have been cleaned more regularly. When we arrived there were no towels or bathmat -- the former were delivered later, but we had to nab a bathmat from a cleaning cart.

They are in the middle of construction on the 5th floor which had a strong odor of paint. Not only did they try to place me in that floor but it was filthy because of the construction. The staff was not as bad professional as years pas. Full of tattoos and piercing. Left a lot to be desired
