"This is an older hotel, but still a high end hotel to me. The staff was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was quite large. The room was quiet and the patio and views were excellent. Breakfast was was excellent. The dinner was very good and we really enjoyed the show. I highly recommend this hotel. I recommend transportation to and from the port. Shopping was close by in the Medina and Casbah."

"Although the staff were reasonably nice, the building is beautiful, and the room had heating, we experienced several disappointing things. We are not going back. The location: The neighborhood was very loud (this was a Friday night), and it is not particularly easy to reach the port. Taxis had to go pretty far out of the way, and if traffic was bad, really far out of the way, to get there. One taxi ride to the port cost me 15 MDH, but the return was just 5. "This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The desk clerk was very personable. The room is actually and apartment, which was spacious. Only complaint is that there was no soap in the room."

"Pros: friendly, clean everything included, great facilities. Cons: staff are forgetful (they forgot about preparing breakfast which we requested and we starved on the way to the airport), the on-sit bar plays clubbing music very loud all night, wifi in the room is poor, laundry service ruined my clothes which we complained and they said they can’t do anything about (not even a refund for the service), there’s absolutely nothing around here hotel. "Came to apartment and was told a/c did not work (no fans either) very few amenities at the apartment. No toiletries were provided (empty shampoo+soap bottles) and few towels. Bed sheets were also dirty and apartment was noisy at night. Apartment was nice and in good location but poorly advertised. Host was nice and responsive. Good WiFi. Elevator did not work when we arrived to the apartment at night."

"A colonial gem in the old town. I stayed twice, the first time in a large room, with beautiful furniture and the second room more of a modern feel. Both rooms were spotless. The breakfast was amazing. A huge variety of options for veggie and non vegetarian and you can have this on the terrace overlooking the harbour. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "
