“The location is excellent, cannot be beat, and that alone deserves 5 stars. It is a classic Charleston home with all the charm. Bathrooms and kitchen are all updated, which is nice. Also surprising, was how comfortable the beds were. Having private, tucked away parking, that was also priceless. Would we stay here again and recommend this place? Sure!”

“The property was really nice. Everything was very clean inside. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing I would suggest is getting some different frying pans these were hard to clean. The beds were really comfortable and it was great that they were king sized.The location was Ok. A little distance from King Street. It is located near a hospital and a main road so you will hear ambulance sirens and traffic. We all enjoyed the deck and sunsets.”

“Went on a girls trip and had a fabulous time. The Agave is perfect - location was great and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for the 5 of us and I would highly recommend. The Charleston Vacays Team was FABULOUS too! Super communicative and informative. As a side note - would also highly recommend considering the Groceries Ahead service as well - pick out your groceries ahead of time and they deliver them and put them in your rental - it was a game...

“My family and I travelled here from New Zealand and we really enjoyed the house. We were reminiscing about our stay and the little things that made it feel welcoming and cozy like the coffee machine with complementary coffee/tea, snacks and treats. We found the bed comfortable, and the location perfect in a small quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed going for walks and even walking to the stores nearby. “This property is ideally situated, close to the beach but so quiet for rest and sleep! And we were equidistant to the point and state beach! Spacious, great outdoor shower, big TV, comfortable beds!”

“Great neighborhood, easy access to city. Could use a frying pan, and some basic spices so that we didn’t have to buy full spice containers to use for one or two days, and then have to pack. Would be a nice touch.Loft bed difficult to use in very hot weather, even with fan. May want to explain that in description for summer month stays.”

“The property was so cute and the perfect size for me. I stayed in the B unit. The bed was so comfortable and the house was spotless. Only a 20 minute, super easy, walk from downtown and there was even a really nice coffee shop two blocks away for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches. 10/10 highly recommend this spot”

“My friends and I had a great stay at this house! We had everything we needed and more. Place was very clean and we loved the decorations in the house. We were celebrating my birthday in Charleston and we loved how close it was to Downtown and the beach! Will definitely be coming back to stay longer next time!”
