This is a very central CBD apartment, everything is convenient. Walking distance to Melbourne central shopping mall, Victoria Market, close to RMIT University. Public transport is easily accessible for taking you on a short trip to CBD, Melbourne Museum, Crown Casino. If you really enjoy the beachside is just further way to St Kild Beach and Lunar Park.

Great location, but needs a deep cleaning.

Great location, but apartment needs a refresh. Bed slats fell off in room attached to living area. AC was hard to control—needed to be cleaned.The elevator wouldn’t come to our floor and no one picked up at the front desk. Had to carry our luggage down over 10 floors to catch a working elevator.Not sure why they charge a cleaning fee when you do the dishes & take out the trash.Place needed a deep cleaning.
