All on one level so perfect for the entire family. We have a light and bright living space with modern fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and smart tv.

The living area leads out to the outdoor living space with full blinds to protect you from insects at night. This area has an outdoor dining table and outdoor lounge set, wood fireplace, bbq plus a smart tv. It overlooks the spa and back yard which makes it perfect for kids playing and parents enjoying their time together.

Walk to the beach in 700 metres, a little further and you are at cafes and restaurants. We are the perfect central base on the Mornington Peninsula.

Majority of the Golf courses on the Peninsula. .

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
Hens parties by application only. Please message through your plans and we will come back to you promptly.

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
