Room needed maintenance loose tap and hair dryer bracket broken and dryer in cupboard. Staff were very good, the hot breakfast could have been hotter! The underground parking was very tight having a large car I had to be very careful!
I was intending to charge my EV but €500 deposit for the lead and difficulty manoeuvring in the underground car park put me off.

The property is in a good place, a short walk from the old town. If you are away for longer than a few days the standard rooms are small. We had problems with locking the safe and the tv. The issue with the safe was resolved the next day but the problem with the tv was not resolved. There was a space for a fridge in our room but no fridge. We were advised some rooms have fridges others do not, ours did not. In the hot weather that is not great.
That said it was an impressive building a conversion of a building with history, the staff were really helpful, great restaurant recommendations and other tips for the area.
Overall we had a good stay
