During my stay at The Ultimo Sydney, I was pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a spacious room. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident. 酒店外的巷子很骯髒，晚上有點雜
另外也要小心車輛進出
酒店前枱只有一人，經常要等候職員
每次遇到的就是他在打電話或是在接待其他客人
在房間打電話給前枱也要等他們回覆電話
建議酒店增加前枱服務人員
前枱服務員的態度尚算友善！
房間內設施較舊，但房間很寬敞，床很大
有洗衣機和乾衣機、冰箱、微波爐很不錯
廚房的廚具齊全只欠剪刀
房間內的飲料另外收費
