“We were a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids under seven and one grandparent) and we stayed at Purley for three nights. The property is well sized and sparingly but tastefully furnished. The kitchen has lots of kids crockery but the board games are ancient or have bits missing so bring your own. The outdoor space at the back needs some love and isn’t very child friendly (brambles, steep uneven steps) but we didn’t spend much time there as the beach is 5 mins walk away. After getting soaked and cold……

“Well equipped and prepared cottage in a great location. Close to main shopping area and two blocks away from beach. Council car park alongside. If you're staying for a week £25 permit is a good buy for parking here and in other East Devon car parks. We.ve had a great holiday!”
