"It was great! I do want to give a big shout-out to several people at the Sheraton for a job well done on customer service!! Nykol in the restaurant. She is a true customer service and positively represents Sheraton well. She went above and beyond her call of duty as a waitress and made sure that my colleague and I were taken care of. Also, shout at, Tara the manager she too went above and beyond with her personal characteristics. I am sure she had tons to do but you could tell in conversation and character that the customer came first!! The lady at check-in, checked in around 2 pm on Sunday, June 4. I apologize, didn't get her name. She too was going above and beyond with the customer service trying to get my points on Marriot. The valet driver, exceptional, the Bellman had already left and he took care of my car and luggage. There was no questions!! "

"I knew when I booked this hotel, that it was no-frills. BUT it was comfortable. It had all that I needed, except tissues & the toilet paper sufficed for that. Clean comfortable bed, good lighting in room, towels were absorbant and sufficient in size (Bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth). I was surprised that I might have missed the requirement of a $50 deposit, so I did not come prepared to give cash, but I told them that I was 77 and traveling alone, and did not carry cash when I travel, so they allowed me to use my VISA for the deposit & that deposit was immediately returned to me when I left the hotel."
