“Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The hotel did not feel thoroughly cleaned, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the property. My bathroom had hair in it, the ice bucket in the room was dirty, and there was no ice machine available on my floor, which was inconvenient. Overall, the property could really benefit from a facelift. The rooms and common areas feel dated and could use some modern updates, along with greater attention to cleanliness and housekeeping details.”

“Excellent Staff Clean rooms, Tv wasn’t working sink wasn’t draining. Was changed to another room that room was occupied. Then sent to 3rd floor to finally get a room bed sheets and towels were not clean.”
