Nasty hotel

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Expedia booked us a room here for 1 rate got there it was dollars more because it was the only one left. all door knobs were almost off, there was a space between the door and frame where you could look outside. 1 of the 2 bathrooms wouldn't flush. and lots more....

It feels at night like you at the Airport

Pros: Convinince close to the Airport, but noise was horrible
Cons: Walls to be well insulated, upgraded rooms with updated tvs,
Location: It is close to the airport and some attractions
The noise was bad, too close to the airport. People are nice, but room needs to be updated. The only reason I picked this Hotel was because they offered a shuttle from airport to te Hotel, but they told me that They didn't offered this anymore

Pros: The shuttle bus ride.
The hotel was as good as expected for the low rate. Out shuttle bus driver, Michael was very nice and friendly.

Not the best choice

Pros: Close to airport and free shuttle.
Cons: Suffers a bit due to neigborhood.
Location: Only comment is : close to the airport.
The best that can be said is that the hotel is near the airport and has a free shuttle that seems to be readily available. Some of the staff was most helpful and friendly; some of the staff a bit confused and slow. Due to the local surroundings the security was visable; definately not a place to be walking locally at night - and there's not much locally to be walking to. Room was relatively clean; bed was very comfortable. Right at the end of the runway, so until midnight and starting at 4AM the planes make sleep a bit difficult.

The rooms where not as I expected. The bathroom toilet did not flush, tiles were peeling off the wall in the tub, the door had no glass in the peep hole, the phone did not work, the cable did not work, the beds covers were not clean it was very musty, I didn't have a frig or microwave. It was indeed a low budget hotel and I do not recommend no one to stay there.

Scary Stay

Location: Most everything was boarded up, there was nothing safe to do around the hotel.
When we arrived there were armed security guards at the front desk. The rooms were very outdated and the tub did not drain fully when you showered. The area surronding the building were mostly boarded up, not some place I would recommend to my worst enemy!

Just plain disappointing, even for a cheap place

Cons: Rooms need updating, customer service needs to improve greatly.
Location: 15 mins from Beale st.
The experience started with the man at the front counter being rude, hard to understand, (very poor english), and almost made me think that he wasn't going to fulfill my reservation that I had made a week in advance. If not for a maid that was walking by and overheard the struggle, and who decided to help clear everything up, we might not have had a room. The room had poor lighting, was somewhat dirty, nothing absolutely horrible, but compared with the Motel 6 we stayed at last night that was even cheaper, could not compare. The free breakfast was an incredible joke, white bread and butter, one kind of cheap cereal, and the orange juice was watered down tang. Which, I'm not trying to go out of my way to complain about, but added with everything else just made for a really disappointing, irritating experience.

My Stay

Cons: Reaching front desk by ph while at airport.
Location: Shady
Waited a long time to reach hotel for shuttle service. Clld. For about 15 mins before I spoke with someone. However, once I did reach them they were pretty prompt in picking me up. They were very helpful. Carried my luggage and exported me to. My room( it was dark in parking lot and a shady area).

Needs Improvement

This hotel was clean. That was the only request I had, clean. I smelled nice. The air conditioner didn't work in our room, but we had great hot water pressure! So over all, pretty good for the price.
