Beautiful apartment that has 2 full bedrooms and 1 bathroom for up to 4 people. Ideal for couples or couples with children. The apartment has its own terrace of 15 meters with table and 4 chairs and an awning. The apartment is situated in a luxury complex with swimming pool and paddle court.
The apartment is only 5 minutes from a beautiful cove and just 1.5 km from the town center Ciudadela you can walk or bike.
The apartment is fully equipped and decorated with a cozy and modern style to make your stay as if you were in your own home.
Ideal for rest and relaxation. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and with all kinds of services: supermarkets, pharmacies and public transport, bicycle rental and possibility of doing nautical activities and horseback riding.
The best beaches of Menorca are very close to the apartment.

Can Ramon, A good place to stay.
The apartment was perfect for our holiday. Clean, fresh, well equipped and with a comfortable outside area to sit, eat and relax. Alex was our manager, very responsive. We called him about a couple of things we needed and he was there straight away. Very nice man, lovely smile.The area was quiet and peaceful, within easy walking distance of a couple of small beaches. Parking free and just outside the gate. Supermarket a short distance away. What is there not to like. I would recommend Can Ramon to my friends and anyone who asked about Menorca and where to stay.

Lovely apartment in glorious surroundings.

Amazing host
Alex ran the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely terrace and amazing swimming pool. The only thing I would say is that the second room (2 single beds) on the first floor doesn't have a wall but a rail that overlooks the ground floor. This made me a bit nervous with the children at the beginning because of the risk of falling. They were 7 and 8 years so understood the instructions but I would be mindful of this if you have small children.

Top apartment and a brilliant location
We absolutely loved Alex's Son Blanc apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and in a really peaceful location, with Ciutadella up the road, a lovely shared swimming pool and a gorgeous cove for swimming just 5 minutes walk away. Alex was a brilliant host, very communicative, and full of helpful tips on what to do. He really has thought of everything a guest could need. I would definitely return!

A lovely host in a lovely flat
We have enjoyed our stay in Alex’s flat. Alex is a great host, helpful and responsive. He made oir stay even more enjoyable. The flat was in spotless condition and is well furnished and located, a few mn drive from Ciutadella, a great supermarket and some small but lovely beaches. To note we stayed for Easter and the weather was a bit cool, but the air con works as a heating so it wasn’t an issue. Also to note if you have toddler I would not recommend this property as there are steps and a balcony in the mezzanine as well as steps on the terrace. But a cotbed is provided that you can put in the large double bedroom or the main room. Overall I would definitely come back as we loved it and would love to enjoy the pool at the bottom of the steps next time!!!

Absolutely Perfect!
This is a very well deserved review. Before we had even arrived Alex provided us with a beautifully put together package, outlining all that Menorca had to offer from the beautiful beaches to bus schedules (this came in handy). When we arrived we were completely blown away by how beautifully decorated and comfortable the villa was. It was perfect for our 6 day holiday and literally had everything in it that we needed or could think of. It blew our expectations away, the pool and grounds are extremely well kept. Alex himself is so helpful and lovely, and is very easily reachable with quick responses. Overall I would say this is the best place to stay Menorca, great location (5 min drive) and would highly recommend, we hope to come back ourselves!

Hemos estado 15 dias y no podemos decir mas que OSO ONDO ALEX. Todo desde el check-in, conocerte y ser consciente de lo que te preocupas por tus inquilinos haciendonos sentir como amigos, por lo menos asi me senti yo. Eres un anfitrión de 10 y si , CAN RAMON, ha sido como nuestra casa, pero con piscina 😀😃🙂. Gracias por todo Alex.

Perfect getaway
Went for a week in June, and I couldn’t recommend more ! Very clean, very nice place A nice terrasse, very well situated, close to the beach, a nice beach. Very secure, Alex was waiting for us when we arrived, explained everything. Perfect holidays !

Jolie résidence et bel emplacement.
Tout est conforme à l'annonce sauf le lit double qui n'est pas un 150cm mais je pense un 120cm. Le guide de minorque rédigé par le propriétaire apporte un vrai plus au séjour. Appartement très agréable.

Excellent séjour à Minorque
Alexandre Cette île est paradisiaque à tout point de vu. Son Climat à bonne température ainsi que ses eaux transparentes, la végétation y est abondante, on apprécie sa tranquillité . Les différentes marches effectuées sur le cami de cavalls nous ont permis de découvrir des paysages magnifiques et différents selon les lieux sur l’île . Les résidents sont souriants et gentils . Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux. Votre appartement est bien situé sur l’île dans une agréable résidence , il est joliment meublé et bien équipé . Nous y reviendrons sans aucun souci et venez nous voir à Pouzauges dans le gîte du colombier situé à 15 minutes du parc du puy du Fou À bientôt

12 jours trop courts chez Alexandre.
Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites chez Alexandre qui a su nous réserver un très bon accueil et s'est toujours montré très disponible. Le gîte est très propre et confortable,à quelques mètres à pied d'une petite cala adorable . Le mois de septembre est plutôt calme... repos et tranquillité assurés sur cette île inoubliable. Nous reviendrons,c'est certain.

Appartement bien situé dans un ensemble encerclant une piscine. Mezzanine inexploitable et inconfortable , les climatiseurs ne refroidissent que la partie basse ,de plus un velux au plafond à la verticale des rayons du soleil amplifie le phénomène. Joli pour les yeux du moins au départ l’entretien global laisse franchement à désirer..Nous y avons séjourné 3 semaines nous n’y retournerons pas !

Acogedor y bonito apartamento cerca de las calas más bonitas de la isla
He pasado, junto a mi marido y mis hijas, diez estupendos días en Can Ramón. El apartamento es muy bonito y acogedor. La cocina está muy bien equipada con amplio frigorífico, placa vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavavajillas y lavadora/secadora. También dispone de pequeños electrodomésticos como batidora, hervidor de agua, exprimidor, tostador y cafetera de cápsulas (además de cafetera italiana). La vajilla es muy completa y hay todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. Solo eché en falta algún paño de cocina más, pues únicamente había uno. Por otro lado, se agradece no tener que comprar todos los "básicos" ... había sal, azúcar, vinagre, aceite, lavavajillas, papel de aluminio, café ... Yo por mi parte he dejado otros ... detergente lavadora, lejía, papel cocina, cápsulas café ... Creo que es algo positivo para todos los huéspedes el ir dejando estas cosas para no tener que comprar todos todo. Otra cosa que nos vino muy bien para nuestros días de playa fueron las placas de frío que había en el congelador. Yo llevaba mi propio bolso nevera, pero allí descubrí que había uno exactamente igual que el mío😅 Se trata de un bolso de 10 litros de capacidad (puede que a más de uno le resulte útil este dato). Dispones también de dos sombrillas de playa, dos sillas plegables y juguetes!! Qué carita se le puso a mi hija pequeña cuando vio el cubo con su rastrillo, pala y alguna cosilla más ... Nos vino genial porque mi intención era cogerle algo allí mismo pues en la maleta no cabía ni un alfiler más. Y hablando de equipaje ... no es necesario cargar ni con secador de pelo ni con plancha de ropa! Respecto al baño haría una sugerencia ... que las toallas sean de algún color no muy claro ... considero que serían más "sufridas" (el blanco requiere blanqueante o lejía porque al final con el lavado normal hay manchas que no se van). En general, puede decirse que el apartamento está muy completo y la urbanización es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y relajarse en tus vacaciones. ¡La piscina es preciosa! Además, Álex, el propietario, es muy atento y te facilita una guía de Menorca, con información muy útil. Visitamos las que son sus calas preferidas y nos encontramos con verdaderos paraísos. Lo mismo sucedió con alguna de sus recomendaciones a la hora de elegir lugares para comer ... ¡hasta en tres ocasiones fuimos al Molí des Comte😋! En fin, que estoy deseando repetir para conocer más lugares increíbles y volver a los que ya vi y me enamoraron.

Nous sommes partie pour un court séjour à Minorque. Alexandre a su nous donner le même accueil que si nous étions venue plus longtemps. Il a été disponible et réactif dès que nous avons eu besoin. L’appartement est fonctionnel, propre et moderne. Des petits livrets sur Minorque et ses environs sont à notre disposition. La résidence et la piscine sont calmes, agréable et propre. Les voisins sont également très appréciables. Très bon séjour, je recommande l’emplacement, l’appartement ainsi que l’hôte.

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour dans cette location : la résidence est superbe, l’appartement est très bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Idéalement situé.
