"I checked in on April 25, 2026 for a two‑night reservation. I booked through Expedia, for a business trip. What I walked into was nothing like what was advertised online. The photos on the website are completely misleading they do not match the reality of what this room actually looks like. The images show clean, modern, well‑maintained spaces. What I got was the exact opposite. The moment I entered the room, I saw a roach crawling inside, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel claiming to offer safe, sanitary accommodations. Then I noticed cobwebs hanging directly over the bed, proving the room had not been cleaned or inspected at even the most basic level. This wasn’t a small oversight this was a complete failure of housekeeping and hygiene. On top of that, there was constant loud disturbance outside my door, including kids running back and forth, yelling, and slamming doors. Between the pest infestation, the filth, the noise, and the false advertising, the room was completely unusable. I could not work, rest, or safely remain in the space. Because of these conditions, I left after only 4 hours. I did not stay overnight, and I did not receive the services I paid for. What makes this situation even more outrageous is the manager’s (Susan) behavior afterward. Instead of acknowledging the hotel’s clear failures, she tried to charge me for the entire two‑night stay, despite the fact that I left the same day due to their unsanitary and unsafe conditions."

"Hotel was undergoing some renovations. Rooms seemed recently udated. Standard King Room was very nice- especially the bathroom. Very large shower with glass doors was a nice update. Very clean. The staff at check in were not very friendly. They were not rude or disresepectful, just very flat. We booked 6 rooms for a group and did not receive a thank you at check in or check out. Probably the only time in 50+ hotel stays in my lifetime when I could say that."

"The property was very clean and had the basic necessities. The ramp was a little hard to manuever bringing down luggage but it was no issue. Make sure to bring food items such as condiments. Spices and dishes were provided as well as coffee pods. The host had great communication and response time. We will definitely stay again!"

"This hotel needs to be shut down from the lobby to the rooms. The staff was very rude and argumentive. Pictures of the establishment were fake photos from over 10+years. The pool was shown in one pic but when arrived the pool was shut down for what look like years. When walking into the lobby it smelled horrible. The clerk looked as if she may have been an addict as she took my payment and forged my signature on the receipt. I switched from 3 different rooms, all were the same, bad smell, floors not cleaned and mold in the tub. There was a hole in the bathroom wall in every room we looked at. The pillow cases were stuffed with sheets for a homemade pillow. The sheets were not clean and the blanket was filthy. This place needs to be shutdown and renovated with the help of the city and health department. Housekeeping did not service room just left a roll of tissue and that was it. We were scammed out of the first nights payment for a refund because we were told that after we made payment a bank drop was done...Mind you this was at 11pm at night....If you don't want to end up sick or with any type of bed bugs I suggest to look at others in the area. Thank God we're in a much cleaner establishment as of this morning. This hotel need serious attention and needs to be looked at by the city of Monroe......Be Aware before spending your hard earned money with these people....You've been warned "
