Wrong curtains were ripped, bathroom wall had boogers, comforter was stained, too much hallway noise by other guests, very hard to find taxi at hotel door. Some front desk staff was not friendly.

The Staff at the property is great! Everyone has a great attitude towards service and resolution of any situation to make the stay very comfortable. The property is in very good condition and is in an area where going anywhere from the property is quite easy whether is by car or walk to the destination.

The rooms was wonderful!! The bed was amazing, had an exceptional night sleep. Great bedding and pillows. Super dark curtains. Fabulous A/C. Would definetly go back.

Great location, lovely scent in the lobby area. A/c stopped working in my room after returned from dinner, tech noted couldn’t fix problem. Had to move to another room @ midnight, no apology provided for inconvenience. Staff needs retraining on how to better treat guests.

It was an excellent experience, we used the club and the food was very good and although it seems expensive with not spending money outside on food it was a good deal. The dinner snacks are available until 10 which helped a lot to be able to eat at the hotel. The staff speaks enough English to solve your problems.

Bright, airy, great lobby and breakfast. Dinner options are very much below the surrounding area including the Hyatt across the street. In Fiesta the dinner menu has no salads. They have no wine list and offer only one white and one red by the glass…both Mexican. Great area to walk and go out for dinner but the restaurants are expensive.

By my mistake I only booked 1 night when I needed 2. I was able to book a second night once I checked in. I had to pay about $170 more for the two rooms compared to what Expedia was quoting me😬

Do not accept a room with pool view, fans and heavy machines are operating 24/7 and the sound is terrible. Be sure to wear earplugs. The upgrade on the 5th floor looks like a regular room. Cleanliness it’s not their best standard. Rooms are just ok with minimal updates. Elevators and electric stairs are completely non-sense. The only advantage it’s location.

Hello, I was there for two days; the key I was given did not work, nor did the second one. The sink was clogged, and as soon as you walked out of the elevator, the ceiling looked like it was going to fall off; for the price, the place should be better maintained. The staff lady who took care of me during check in was rude to my senior dad.

Very big deceptio
For so many years this was the best hotel in Merida, now it is a shame. Outdated rooms, very slow kitchen, no signature restaurant anymore, now they tried to get me in to their time share program calling my room in the morning ! Bar has a beautiful decoration, drinks are fine but they advice you that food (snacks) is very slow and might take 40 minutes! Chosing another hotel for my nest stay in Merida
