Important Notice: YOU Will Need TO Bring Sheets Towels Pillow Cases AND TEA Towels OR IF Required Contact OUR Office FOR A Linen Hire Service AT Your Cost.

Booking Fee and associated third-party transaction fees are non – refundable.

Check in time is strictly 3pm and check out time is strictly 10am.
Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made. 
 
Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests. We will take new bookings from mid February.

Holiday stay

Really enjoyed the property, location was great with views over the lake that you could look at for hours. Place very clean and well appointed with all the conveniences, very quick stroll into town with good coffee just down the road.
