This modern two-story loft is located in Roma Norte, Mexico City, inside a restored 1910 historic building and features a private terrace garden, a rare find in the neighborhood. The open, minimalist layout is filled with natural light and designed for easy, comfortable city living. The loft includes a queen-size bed, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with Teka appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. A Corian walk-in shower and generous closet space make the space suitable for both short and extended stays. Sustainability is part of the DIB Collection approach, with organic bath products and recycling options available.
