The Price paid did not reflect the quality and the comfort of the Hotel. The furniture of the room are very poor and old. Carpet old and dirty. Bathroom very dirty in every corner.

A nice experience staying downtown MiamiPosted Nov 20, 2015
My family and I just stayed over for one night but it was a nice experience from the greeting by the door to the front desk staff all excellent I must say from my observation according to the room you are in there can be some breath taking views.so overall I was please. I do think however a big hotel like that should be able to have transfers from the airport and the cruise ship port because it is listed as one of the hotels recommend for a stay over before a cruise and its only a short distance away. you see the simple things for a citizen of the USA can be a major problem for an international person how may not know there way around.

close to everything in downtownPosted Nov 17, 2015
Pros: The lobby was very nice and was plenty space to sit and wait for a ride back to the airport.
Cons: The furniture in the room nedds an update as well a better maintenance.
Location: It is very well located if you need to do things in downtown or Brickell.
I need to call twice for service. 1-was not TV. They cam and fixed it. 2- The Security box was not operable. They came and fixed it. 3-The Air Condition did not work I was very tired to call for 3 time.

Nice Hotel convenient to Miami DowntownPosted Oct 30, 2015
Pros: Location, Staff, cleanliness
Cons: Renovation of the rooms and decor would be a plus
Location: Downtown Miami. Convenient to local events and to Key Biscayne and the beaches. The hotel has a nice pool.
The hotel was very convenient for the Miami 70.3 triathlon but the rooms and the decor were a bit dated, probably reflecting the age of the hotel. There was no fridge/minibar in the room which was an inconvenience for someone that has diet restrictions. In general the cleanliness was very good and the hotel staff were excellent. Compared with other hotels in the area the rates were reasonable even if a bit expensive overall.

A great place to stayPosted Oct 20, 2015
Pros: Great Staff, comfort, friendly atmosphere, spacious and clean
Location: It was a short walk to where we needed to be and a good location overall
We loved the friendly customer care demonstrated by all of the staff who were sincerely interested in our comfort at all times. We had just arrived from staying at a New York hotel where there was a huge lack of service shown to us. Highly recommend this hotel in every way

Love the staff.Posted Oct 19, 2015
The staff is amazing. They treated us like friends and gave my daughter a welcome gift. They are very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and beds are comfortable. Restaurants are nice and food is yummy. Highly recommend the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Miami.
