This studio apartment was in a great location, was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and very quiet. Lola was a great host and always very responsive. If you are traveling solo or with a romantic partner this place is perfect for you.

The location is perfect, it's close to the South beach, food stores and restaurants. Lola helps us to resolve the issue with the AC very fast. The apartment has everything we needed, it's clean and comfortable. Washer and drier were very helpful. We'd recommend this place for 2.

Super Pleased!!
Really enjoyed my time at Lola”s studio . It was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect and we felt very safe walking in the neighborhood at night. Delicious restaurants within walking distance, and grocery stores also. Lola was an exceptional hosts , answered all my texts very promptly. And even overextended her role and helped me secure a parking pass for one of my guests that drove in. Strongly recommend this awesome little studio , in Miami. Lola thank you , thank you , thank you !!!! I will be back soon and would love to stay here again !!

Beach vacation for family of 4 (with boys!)
Our family (8 and 10 year old boys) enjoyed our stay at this location. Central, easy to move around South of Fifth. Walking access to Publix, Target, Walgreens, etc. Easy to have Instacart deliver groceries. Everything was as described- we had a great week!

Perfectly thought out studio apartment in charming neighborhood
We love this apartment and would stay there again. It was close to S Beach strip and close to high end restaurants closer to the tip. Just about every piece of equipment that you would need was provided, but the place was streamlined and had excellent design. We never made to the beach because the weather was bad, but beach equipment was provided as well. If you want somewhere quiet but close everything, this is it. Lola got us on-the-street parking passes, and as she promised, there was never difficulty finding a space near the front door.

Great location to beach, restaurants, and shops.
Everything went well. The VRBO information was confusing. There were no keys to get into the doors if you wanted to sit outside on the porch and required renters to go back outside of the property fence to enter a code prior to getting back inside the building. Another issue was numerous emails concerning exactly what time you were arriving and what time you were leaving although when renting the property, the information clearly stated checkin and checkout times. I have rented properties from VRBO for many years in various parts of the country and have never experienced this type of monitoring.

A calm Stay within a noisy city
Our 4th of July weekend was full. We had lots of experiences. The city was super busy and noisy. The studio is located outside of that confusion so it was the perfect place to rest. Nice, coisy and clean... The Kitchen is also a plus. Thanks for everything!

Great Time!
My wife and I had a wonderful time. The property is in a great location! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Some really good restaurants are in walking distance, one is CheeseburgeBurger Meister. The property was very clean, the bed was comfy and clean, and it is in a quiet neighborhood. It has a stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher and dishes. Our host Lola was great and helped us out with the parking which could be a little confusing. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I had the best time here! Everything was as described. The best part was the bed. It was so comfortable and the sheets were better than the ones I have at home. Can't say enough good things about this place. Only thing missing is a balcony. Close to everything and quiet!! Beautiful grounds and neighborhood. Will stay here again!

Cute Studio in fantastic location
This is a very cute studio in a fantastic location in SOFI. I did not use my car for 3 days. Lola is fantastic, very prompt at responding, very accommodating. She is by far one of the best owners I have worked with! It was a pleasure. Please know to ask for a parking permit through Lola, you pay for permitted parking in advance- much cheaper than a garage in this neighborhood. My teen daughter and I were very comfortable in the studio, it is well thought out and the washer/dryer was well appreciated. We walked to south point park and the beach, and went to area restaurants. The building has a lovely courtyard and is surprisingly quiet considering the neighborhood. There is a gate at the entrance and at the building, so security is good.The wifi worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this studio for 2-3 travelers who want to explore this neighborhood.

Safe-Feeling, Beautifully-Maintained Place in Fantastic Location
Lots of great things about this place: (1) Lola was exceptional at communicating throughout the whole process of renting her place. (2) This is the fourth different place I've rented in South Beach recently, and this one felt the safest. A gate requiring a key fob or code surrounds the building premises, and further a key fob or code is required to then get into the building. (Side note: In a couple other places I've stayed in the same neighborhood, I could hear people literally fighting in the streets right outside my apartment.) (3) The studio apartment and whole building is extremely clean and absolutely beautifully maintained both inside and out. The landscaping is pretty. (4) There's a cute little pool that we had all to ourselves on several occasions. (5) The studio apartment is well-stocked with essentials for cooking, as well as a washer and dryer and laundry detergent. (6) There's a pretty nice size closet with a dresser and hangers. (7) The studio apartment is in a great location, certainly within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and Miami Life Center - a world-class yoga studio, the reason for our visit. The only downfall was it was just a little noisy, but this could very well be because we were there during the first week of March, which is Spring Break for many schools. On several occasions we could hear the tenants above us, as this apartment is on second of three floors, seemingly stomping around, and on the weekend we could hear bass of music that couldn't be canceled out with airpods. This certainly wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but the occasional guest who comes to do something like yoga pretty early in the mornings, like a few of our neighbors next door that week, might want to know that. Overall, this was a fantastic place, and I recommend it to everyone, especially the traveler who is concerned with feeling safe.

We enjoyed our stay. The property met all our needs and is in a great location near the south point - our favorite location to stay in south beach. Clean unit, well maintained building. Had a couple minor items that needed attention and Lola was very responsive, taking care of them immediately! Definitely recommend it!

We loved the location! So close to the beach and the restaurants of Miami Beach. Great neighborhood! We so appreciated that we were able to check in early in the day after we disembarked from our cruise. And the owner was so kind to mail back the kindle we left in the apartment. Amazing stay in South beach
Stayed as a family of 3 on last week of October. Really lovely good size studio apartment , fully functional kitchen to cook meals as we did few times, very clean, has everything you need to stay near beach... beach towels , sand toys. Location is great, 5 min. walk to the beach, many restaurants round the corner on Washington ave, 10 min. walk to big Publix supermarket, 5min. to bike rental shop on 5th street which has great choice of bikes to rent. Property owner Lola very responsive to all enquiries. Thank you Lola for lovely stay at your apartment!

Had a fabulous stay w/ my daughter. Location was perfect. Close enough to the beach and many delicious restaurants. We enjoyed the heated pool in the evenings. Perfect South Beach Studio
This is the perfect spot to stay if you are looking for the best of Miami Beach. Just a few footsteps from the ocean and all of what historic South Beach has to offer. It's also two blocks from Ocean Dr and the famous night life but far enough away so that you can sleep quietly at night. The studio is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and the building and the surrounding grounds are well maintained. The neighborhood made me feel at home and safe. I would recommend this rental to anyone and will certainly stay here again myself.

A Great Stay in a Lovely Appartment
We stayed for four nights and had an amazing stay. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It is in easy walking distance of south beach and many other attractions in Miami Beach. Great parking just outside the building and a private pool for the building, which we never had to share with anyone else. Lola was a fantastic host, easy to contact and very friendly. I would recommend this apartment to anybody and would definitely stay here again.

A neat and clean studio with good support from the property manager (Lola) if needed. Best part was probably the location: a quiet neighborhood - just a bit south of 5th St. In terms of access to parks, beaches, restaurants, bicycling etc.; we think this is the best locale within South Beach.

We had a great time and enjoyed our studio accommodations at the Fountain Condo Hotel.
The Fountain is in a perfect quiet and convenient location. It has a very beautiful entrance with nice gardens. Our studio condo was fully equipped with a kitchen as well as washer and dryer. We did not rent a car and were able to walk to the beach, shopping and great restaraunts! It has a cosmopolitan feel in a beach community. We hope to come down again soon!

Very Nice Studio in South Beach
Nice spacious studio on the 2nd floor, equipped with everything you need to have a perfect stay in Miami Beach. Three blocks from the beach, no car needed, bus 150 from the airport and back ($2.75) stops one block from the building. Sout Beach Local bus takes you everywhere in South Beach for a quarter. Apartment very clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom., and well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer, beach umbrellas, and beach towels provided. The owner, Lola, was very helpful and answered our questions quickly by email.

Super Lovely Apartment
This apartment is a little sancutuary! Very well maintained, Perfect for a small family or a couple. The building is very charming and lovely with loads of flowers and Orchaids every where. The pool is very small, more like a kids pool , it would 've served the buildings better as a court yard and a place to chill out and relax out doors. There is major construction happening in the entire front road which is taking away from the charm of the street and it is noisy when you are walking into the building but inside the building and the apartment is quite and restful. We enjoyed our stay very much. 5 mints away from the beach and we also found great healthy places to eat around the area. Our favorite was Plant Theory. The kittchen was great to prep quick sandwiches and salads but we couldn't make more than that as they were no pots and pans. We would consider stayinh here again! Lola was very nice and professional!

Quiet, Clean, and Good Location
We loved the location and the cleanliness of our condo and entire building. We took the "Airport to Miami Beach" Metrobus for about $5.00 round trip. We got off at 4th Street and walked less than a block to find our place. This was our first visit to Miami and we had no trouble figuring anything out. The lock boxes are way to the right, so keep walking to find. Everything was just as described. The South Beach Local Metrobus is only .25 to ride the two miles to Lincoln Road. All buses come by about every 20 minutes, even the Airport Bus. I loved the "donation only" Yoga on the Beach at the Third Street Lifeguard stand every morning at 7:00 a.m. The walk to the beach was just a few short blocks. Many nice restaurants were close by, including Big Pink where the locals were eating and Puerto Sagua, an interesting Cuban diner. Citibike location is across the street from the condo. We were pleasantly surprised the condo was so quiet. This place is a good find and we would go definitely go back.

Great location and very cozy accommodations
I love the South of Fifth neighborhood in SOBE. It's perfect for our little family. Lola's apt is great for a week in SOBE. Location is ideal. The apt is clean and very well equipped. Lola is very accommodating and easy to communicate. The pool is great for a cool down after a day at the beach. Close to some of our favorite restaurants and gelato. Close to great parks on Ocean Drive and South Pointe Park(playgrounds, spray ground). No need for a car because everything is within walking distance. On a cool day, we took the bus to the awesome Miami children's museum. For those who love yoga, there's a sunrise and sunset class every day at 3rd Street Beach! Really cool discovery last time we were in town. We were in town the week of March 7 at the peak of college spring break so the streets are beyond packed(above 5th Street)with college kids and it's definitely noisier into the late hours of the night but overall we had a great week in SOBE.

South Beach gem
This well-equipped studio apartment was exactly what we wanted for our first stay in South Beach. We stayed three nights in January 2016. It's a great "South of Fifth" location on a quieter street but within blocks of plenty of restaurants, clubs, and shops. Even in the rain we walked to News Cafe for breakfast, La Sandwicherie for a late lunch, and (of course) The Deuce for drinks. The online description is accurate, so there were neither surprises nor disappointments. The renovated building is quietly classy. Lola was responsive, staying in touch throughout the initial booking, our actual arrival, and then our departure. We can't think of anything we'd ask her to do differently.

We went from Germany to Miami in August with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and had a wonderful time. The flat was lovely. Everything you need is available. It is in a quiet and well maintained residential area. We felt very comfortable and safe. In 5 minutes you are at the Beach (walking distance!!!). A small supermarket is right around the corner. It was so relaxing to park our rental car in front of the house. We would definitely love to come back. We would like to thank you very much for the great time in our "Miami home"!
