Relaxing stay

We stayed a couple days in Miami Beach after returning from a cruise. So relaxing and I was able to get our laundry caught up. Perfect location from many restaurants and easy walk to the beach. Very nice to let us check in early because of the timing we were let off from our cruise ship and it was raining that day. Definitely would stay here again!

Quiet Location near Everything

We loved the location of this rental. Very close to everything fun in Miami but still situated in a quiet neighborhood. Lola was accommodating to our needs and always responded back to our questions promptly. Be aware that you can hear people's movements from upstairs

Perfect getaway with great location

Perfect location! A couple of blocks to the ocean, a couple of blocks to Ocean Drive, and most important a couple of blocks from the noise and excitement.

This studio apartment was in a great location, was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and very quiet. Lola was a great host and always very responsive. If you are traveling solo or with a romantic partner this place is perfect for you.

South Beach Southern Point

Great location and studio… all within walking distance or access to the city’s trolley system… studio was comfortable and clean + quiet area. Special mention of Lola who was accessible, caring and provided good guidance.

Beautiful property, excellent distance to beach

The in unit W/D saved me. Between the humidity and the salt water, I would have ruined all of my clothes before the end of my trip. I was allowed an early check-in, by request, which was WONDERFUL, as I would have had to burn 4 hours after my flight landed. Very short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and Target (essential). I loved the security of the coded gate and coded room. It felt very familiar after about a day, almost like home once I became comfortable with the area. The studio had every amenity you could possibly need, including beach chairs and umbrella, extra towels, linens, dishes, cleaning products. Like home, pretty much. I will be returning.

❤️Our 2. Visit- perfect again!!!

We were in the apartment with our children last summer (2023). This time we were here with our children (5 and 9) too. Everyone was very happy again. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very clean. Everything you need is there. Great kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and the main room is comfortable. Beach equipment is also included. The location couldn't be better. You can reach everything on foot. We loved hearing the parrots in the morning and will miss this place and the great time again. We will definitely come back again. The communication with Lola was perfect and very good. Thank you so much for letting us be your guests again.

Communication with the owner was terrible. I wrote her an email and texted her a day prior to arrival, no answer. Somehow we entered the property without her help, and there was problems with connection to internet. Tried to connect again. She answered in about 16 hours later. She said she is travelled what is why there is a delay. Ok. Later attempts to contact her were the same, 16 hours delay. There was two huge dead cockroaches under the table. No shampoo or shower gel , half roll of paper towel and one roll of toilet tissue. For our 12 days stay. No salt or paper or coffee. I had a strong impression as host was saving money on everything . I do not revoke d this place.

Perfect Stay in the South of Miami Beach

Super Lage in einer stilvollen Anlage mit Pool, Grillplatz, Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten.Restaurants, Busse und Trolleys in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass ein Auto nicht erforderlich ist. Das Condo selbst war gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst.Lediglich das Sofa könnte mal ausgetauscht werden, da es nicht sehr bequem ist.

!!!Best place in Miami!!!!

We went from Germany to Miami in August with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and had a wonderful time. The flat was lovely. Everything you need is available. It is in a quiet and well maintained residential area. We felt very comfortable and safe. In 5 minutes you are at the Beach (walking distance!!!). A small supermarket is right around the corner. It was so relaxing to park our rental car in front of the house. We would definitely love to come back. We would like to thank you very much for the great time in our "Miami home"! We had an excellent vacation

The location is perfect, it's close to the South beach, food stores and restaurants. Lola helps us to resolve the issue with the AC very fast. The apartment has everything we needed, it's clean and comfortable. Washer and drier were very helpful. We'd recommend this place for 2.

Miami Beach weekend

Super Pleased!!

Really enjoyed my time at Lola”s studio . It was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect and we felt very safe walking in the neighborhood at night. Delicious restaurants within walking distance, and grocery stores also. Lola was an exceptional hosts , answered all my texts very promptly. And even overextended her role and helped me secure a parking pass for one of my guests that drove in. Strongly recommend this awesome little studio , in Miami. Lola thank you , thank you , thank you !!!! I will be back soon and would love to stay here again !!

Beach vacation for family of 4 (with boys!)

Our family (8 and 10 year old boys) enjoyed our stay at this location. Central, easy to move around South of Fifth. Walking access to Publix, Target, Walgreens, etc. Easy to have Instacart deliver groceries. Everything was as described- we had a great week!

Perfectly thought out studio apartment in charming neighborhood

We love this apartment and would stay there again. It was close to S Beach strip and close to high end restaurants closer to the tip. Just about every piece of equipment that you would need was provided, but the place was streamlined and had excellent design. We never made to the beach because the weather was bad, but beach equipment was provided as well. If you want somewhere quiet but close everything, this is it. Lola got us on-the-street parking passes, and as she promised, there was never difficulty finding a space near the front door.
