Stayed here with my boyfriend. The staff were friendly and the location was great, but the room could have been a bit cleaner.

We had a restful night at the Hyatt Regency in Cincinnati. However, the hotel is showing obvious signs of wear and tear on the room furniture, scuff marks on the wall, along with a rather aged shower/bathtub combo. While the lobby has a more pristine appearance, the room felt shabby due to above.

I like the lion, stairs, furniture, artwork, wooden circle chairs, and overall customer service. Intelligent coffee is excellent. The lions look better in person than photos.
