Beware! This property has no elevator! We were assigned a room on the third floor and it was rough climbing the steep stairs - although Dora, the proprietor, did help us. Our room was to accommodate three people but the floor and storage space was minimal and we were constantly stepping over and around each other. Perhaps some of the decorative items in the room could be removed to make more space for luggage. The breakfast hot and tasty. Dora was most helpful with all of our questions and requests.

Amazing space to stay with great views

Lovely hotel in very central spot. Promenade just across the road so lovely see few from lounge and restaurant. Very good breakfast options

Stayed 4 nights while visiting IOM. Lucas and Pete were super helpful upon check in and for whatever we needed. Room was really nice with all the amenities. No A/C but the fan made up for it. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely spacious room with a nice shower, tea/coffee making facilities but unfortunately it was room 206 (207 is likewise) which suffered from loud banging music last Friday night from Wetherspoons next door at 2nd floor level until 03:00am Saturday night wasn’t anywhere near as bad but could still hear music playing loudly after midnight. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of choice of hot food and pastries etc. The hotel is almost on the promenade directly opposite the Bee Gees sculpture and is a 5 mins walk to shops, supermarket and eating places, there is a bus stop virtually outside on the street for a bus to/from airport. Staff were friendly and helpful
