“The room was very clean and larger than I thought. The view of the lake and mountains was superb! Great balcony to sit and relax take in view.
I have to say the staff was so friendly and considerate. We had breakfast it was excellent. Our waitress was a charming a lovely person.
Would definitely go back.”

“I don’t even stay their I tried to call when I got there there where people outside smoking I don’t know what and I did not feel safe to stay there with my daughter I tried to cancel they said it was a third party and I couldn’t when I call Expedia you guys were no help at all as well”

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain.
It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”
