"clean room, loud neighbors, all night. Check-in had a mis-understanding and we both stood there waiting for each other, but I neither doing anytihng because I thought I told himt o use the card we used online, and he wanted me to physically get the card, but did not make that clear to me."

"had a nice two night stay, two minor boo-boos, one our room was not serviced the in between day, we just needed towel reset and that was not done, got fresh towels from front desk, second, room next door baby crying and people talking all night long, there appears to be some people loitering around ..."
