staff was nice except gentleman who checked us in. Hot tub was closed which wasn't advertised on Expedia web site when I booked room. When we got to hotel and saw closed sign I asked to be upgraded to a jacuzzi room which they had available offering to pay any additional charges. He told me no because I booked through Expedia. What kind of relationship do you have with the hotels? Being penalized because I book through you makes me want to close my account. Beside that, the hotel was nice for the money.

The staff was very friendly! The bathroom could have used some attention. Grout around flooring and shower was "pink" from being wet frequently. Caulking around toilet was very messy.
