"If you want to be treated poorly by management, by all means choose this hotel. Jarrod, the general manager has no business being in this industry. He has no idea how to resolve issues or talk to guests politely. I’ll give him 0 stars. Monica. a manager, chose the wrong career as well. She should be in a position that doesn’t require customer interaction. The breakfast attendant was wonderful, the night front desk girl was helpful, and Jerry, the shuttle driver was very friendly. I gave the hotel a better rating only because of these 3 individuals. "

"The hotel staff was not very welcoming or aware of the access. When I was directed to the indoor pool after 9pm to find the access locked, another person tried to redirect me back there. When I questioned them, they got frustrated and said I should know. There is limited lobby sitting options to gather, there are no table chairs on the courtyard. Looks nice but not practical to enjoy. Disappointed about the overall experience. "
