The room itself was fine and as advertised. It’s just that we explicitly asked about their amenities, their hot tub, and pool, a few days before booking. We were told that those would be available. But when we got there, they were not.

The hotel has great location but desperately needs renovation. Everything was quite shabby, especially the bathroom. Heating could not adjusted (hot like a sauna when I arrived) so had to keep windows open in the middle of winter. The staff adjusted it a bit eventually. Overpriced.
