“The apartment is nicely furnished, especially with a great kitchen. Beds are comfortable, carpets are new. The host worked well with us, and the location is great (so close to Jordan Commons for restaurants).The main downside is that it is a basement apartment, and the noise from people walking around on the main level does carry downstairs. This was only really noticeable during the night (1 am). Also, not that we were planning to use the yard, but the lawn is totally dead (front and back),……

“Beautiful welcome basket was given; popcorn, candy, apples, bananas. So very thoughtful. Property was comfy, easily accessible and cool on hot days. The bathroom and kitchen cupboards could have used a deeper clean though. The house had so many cute decorative touches. Everything was labeled and organized. Lots of games to play. We never used the hot tub since it was so hot out. Becky was responsive and kind. I would recommend this place!”

“This has been one of the best places we rented ever!! The house is well located- we were able to walk to the shops. Michelle is a very thoughtful host and when she means its pet friendly- it certainly was- our dog had a nice dog bed to lie on and numerous chew toy as well as a good supply of poop bags. We loved the kitchen! It had just about everything… I just couldn’t find a vegetable peeler but it wasn’t too big of an issue. The bathrooms were also amazing- we really loved having bath bombs……
