Everything was great!

Property was lovely, staff friendly and helpful. The only thing we were surprised by room needed a deep clean. Stains on the carpet as well as comforter.

Excellent stay, room was absolutley spotless, high standard finish and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Great location. Communication through WhatsApp was effortless and we even got a late check out!! Would recommend 10000%. Thank you Master Wola

Overall, the hotel itself is great - excellent location, rooms, and cleanliness 👌 I also really like the idea of having a coffee machine available downstairs. However… there is a big BUT when it comes to the spa - or rather, the saunas. We took the lift down to the “spa” area (we just guessed it's there) and were met by… no one. There was already another guest there, just as lost as we were, and a couple of hotel staff standing nearby, chatting and completely ignoring us while we were clearly trying to figure out where to go. The other guest asked for help and was met with an offended reaction and finger-pointing, being told to go “behind the door”. Behind that door was simply a corridor with more doors (!). When we finally asked ourselves if they could explain where the saunas were, the response was again finger-pointing and “it’s there, I told you”. Only after pushing did we get vague, pointed directions toward changing rooms and sauna areas - still with no real explanation. Just finger-pointing, short answers, and lots of confusing signs on walls and doors. Honestly, this is not acceptable at any level of hotel. When we raised the issue at reception, we were simply told that they “don’t have staff downstairs”. My point is: whoever we encountered there was staff, and they were dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. I get that the spa is separate, but experiences like this reflect very poorly on the hotel itself and leave a bad impression.

Excellent hotel in perfect location. The hotel is modern with nice conveniences, rooms are spacious, nice breakfast. As a suggestion, making hot and cold drinks as a part of self serve buffet would make it even better for customers
