The room was clean, however, it could certainly use more lighting throughout the rooms (especially in the bathroom). There should be a separate light in the toilet area too. The room desperately needs an additional mirror in the main part of the room so that more than one person can get ready at the same time (with a brighter light in the foyer area too)!! A simple pen and pad would be nice to have in the room too along with a listing of all restaurants/menus in the complex. The room cleaning staff was very pleasant, however, the casino had dirty glasses and unemptied ashtrays everywhere...yuk! Watch out for the vending machines as a few of them didn't work and the front desk would not reimburse for money put into the machine (while not receiving what you paid for). We were told we could contact the vending machine company directly as it wasn't their responsibility??? Sadly, we also had SEVERAL problems with the restaurants within the complex and Miracle Mile with both food problems and bad service. It's terrible that the front desk could not even give change or break a bill. I needed to break at $20 bill when I was leaving, but they said I had to go upstairs to a cashier or go buy something to get change -- that is JUST TERRIBLE when you've got a ride waiting for you!!! I did like the hotel's location as it's about mid-way on the strip and that is the main reason I chose this hotel.
