The hotel is situated at a walkable distance from other hotels, bars and Milan central station which is nice for those who like exploring the city. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. The in-house restaurant has nice dining options for travelers who prefer vegan, vegetarian or gluten free dining options. Thanks Star ECHO for making our city trip worthwhile.

Manuel from customer service greeted us on our very late arrival and made us feel very welcome. Room cleanliness was of the highest standard. Location to Milano Centrale Station was perfect for touring Milan and the Lombardy region, would highly recommend this property.

We received check in at 12:00 and check out at 13:30 the next day for 1 night, which is really nice especially after a long flight. The hotel is chic and very Milanese style which can not be fully reflected in photos. Walking to train station easily.

The hotel is right next to the train station which is super convenient if you travel around by train. The staff is super helpful and friendly, took initiative to help us out when we checking in the hotel when it was raining heavily. Totally recommend this hotel!

The property was very clean and the area is quite central. However, for the price I think they can update the rooms, ours had wallpaper that was peeling and the bathroom was tiny.

The room was spacious and so clean with the modern decor. I love everything about this hotel. Breakfast offered plenty of options.. so good. Staff were friendly, Kadir the concierge went above and beyond, wheeling our luggages to train station.. much appreciated! Location is great, walked to hop on hop off bus which is less than 5 minutes.. Can’t fault .. all reached to perfection for us

Easy to get to, great room, friendly staff
E.c.ho. hotel is in a great location close to the station. Early arrival meant that our room was not ready (as expected) but on returning later the team had kindly put our bags in our rooms and we only had to collect the key. Easy to get to, friendly staff and a lovely room - exactly what you need for a city break.

While conveniently located close to the train station, the area is a little bit rundown and vehicular traffic was a bit chaotic making it not very easy to reach with suitcases. The proximity of the taxi station also make the area a little bit messy.
