"It‘s a beautiful little hotel with comfort and Charme. The rooms are very nice, well equipped and modern. The staff is just extraordinary. The hotel has a paradise like garden where we had our breakfast. The restaurant is a real Gourmet Restaurant that is just amazing. The best food we had since a long time. All in all this hotel is a little jewel!"

"This hotel is in a great location. Parking is nearby for 40€ for three days. Or 25€ per day. We found it to be quiet. The staff were not the friendliest bunch but they did their job. Seemed clean enough. It’s fine for a night or two. Not really special or stand out in anyway. If you’ve seen pictures that looks like the room is in a basement it’s because the windows are very small and look at a brick wall. "On our visit to the south of France we decided to stop in Nîmes overnight to see the temples and Roman Coliseum. We chose Hotel de l’Ampitheatre for its proximity to the train station and the sights, and high ratings. We were not disappointed.
