I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely return. The only drawback was that only one phone provides entry into the building. "This property is very clean and located centrally (walking distance) to all of the main broadway street. We had the unfortunate luck of staying here during hurricane Helene! The city was without power and water as well as all roads closed for a few days in and out of Asheville. Our host checked on us daily and shared food and water. He was very gracious and thoughtful! We will return to Asheville and hopefully this property in the future but will heed weather forecasts prior!!"
