“Room was very nice, beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and kind and the location was very close to the Biltmore - a 4 minute drive.The property was also nice and felt safe, and had plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The Reed room was very nice with fireplace, jetted tub and private Mountain View. It is a grand old lady so u do hear footsteps and noise above and around but for the most part it was a nice stay. Breakfast was great and staff very pleasant.”

“Breakfast was kept stocked. The dining area is quite small esp. when larger groups are gathered. The hot tub and pool were nice. We walked to Texas Roadhouse for dinner.”

“Good location to Biltmore House. Clean, but poor lighting in room. Bedside lights almost useless for reading in bed. No staff at desk upon check-in, Four rooms were waiting to check in when desk clerk came back from "checking rooms for readiness". Seems like that could be done by someone else before 5:00pm. Same with check out - had to wait to desk staff. Breakfast was $17.00. I thought that was a little high.”

“Breakfast was sonething different each morning. Fresh fruit, meat, frittata, coffee, juice were all excellent. Room was veey comfortable and we appreciate the upgrade where we had our own porch.”

“Room was not cleaned thoroughly. Carpet was not clean and there we pink fingernail clipping in the bathroom floor despite the chains guarantee of cleanliness. Not to mention what was supposed to be warm breakfast was cold.”

“Very clean and roomy suite. Nice location. Wish we had been provided with an extra blanket. But the heater worked well. The only real complaint is you can hear everything the neighbors are doing above you. Including late night activities. You can also hear everything happening outside the front door. The property is in a hill and divided into 3 separate levels of the hill. So getting to and from the pool/fitness center is not simple or indoors. Something to keep in mind if you’re disabled or……
