“The location is absolutely killer! You can walk to anything or easily catch a ride. The parking spot is small, but we managed to navigate it fine with a mid sized SUV.Lovely kitchen if you plan on cooking for yourself, but also surrounded by all the best food.”

“Overall, we had a comfortable stay. Check in and check out was smooth with instructions provided by the host and documents located at the unit. All pictures seemed up-to-date and the place was clean and as described in pictures. The air conditioning worked flawlessly during a very hot week. The only two very minor things I would advise to the host is that the second bedroom is very small. The couple we traveled with brought their dog and we had ours and there was no room for the dog to lay down……

“Our stay was excellent. The excellence started with the clear communication with the host in the weeks, days and hours leading up to our stay. Check-in was smooth, and everything about the property description was accurate. For example, we wanted to be in the heart of downtown Asheville and we were. Everything was walkable. The property was very clean and appropriately stocked with the basics to make our stay comfortable. It was also very quiet, which made the stay very nice. The price was also……

“Loved the location it was easy to get to all of the sites we visited in Asheville. One minor issue regarding parking the key pad is difficult to reach had to get out of the vehicle to access it because to turn in the lane you need a small car. The keypad should be moved outward to accommodate vehicles with a wider turning radius.”
