"Decided to stay an extra night and Chloe on reception was amazing offering a fantastic service and even moved our luggage to our new room will definitely stay again"

"Excellent hotel, great room. Close to shopping centre and food options. Only downside is there was an ice dispenser outside of our family room which when used was extremely loud. Not a great location seeing as a family room usually means children or infants sleeping so the ice dispenser wakes everyone up. Perhaps move it to near the lifts?"

"Lovely old Coaching Inn with rooms full of character and nice friendly staff. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough, and I'll be back again soon "

"The provision of a coffee machine/ drinks being available on the hotel side at the seating area or maybe a way of ordering drinks to be served as we didn’t want to keep crossing the main road to bring drinks back."
