Lake Miltona is shallow on the north shore with a sandy bottom which makes it perfect for kayaks, paddleboards, floats, and swimming. The house is a short 1-minute drive from the public launch if you want to bring a boat or rent one to snag that trophy fish.

If you're looking for other types of recreation nearby, there are multiple golf courses, trails for hiking and biking, as well as the Carlos State Park Lazy River for tubing (unsupported). Your group can spend time together fishing, boating , swimming and sunning on the sandy shoreline.
