The house is not directly on the street and is accessible by stairs. There is an elevator in the house. A laundry room with tumbler and a drying room are located in the basement. In front of the house is a sunbathing lawn with a communal pool (use: seasonal and weather dependent). The Apartment also has its own parking space. The nearest bus stop is 3-5 minutes away. There are regular connections to Locarno, Ascona, Tenero and the center of Minusio.
