Vacationing at the Bungalows
We typically stay at Laurel Grove in Sandestin several times a year but decided to stay at the Bungalows this time. The property was very clean and appeared to be modern ( not contemporary) construction and well decorated. Lots of detail trim, 10’ ceilings on the first level and 9’ on the second. Each bedroom had it’s own bath. The master had a large walk in shower. The beds need to be updated to foam mattress’s instead of coil springs. Kitchen was modern with ample counter space. TVs in every room but to many remotes. Nice front porch with plenty of seating. Parking for two cars. Pool was directly across the street. It had bath rooms and a covered area. Plenty of deck area. The pool chairs needed updating. Several was sagging and needed to be replaced. Management was very cordial and polite. We will definitely be back.

Perfection! Look no further!
This house is tucked away in a quite community with gated access. The house so VERY clean! I use to clean houses for a living and this was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in! Very comfortable beds. The golf cart was great. There was a tunnel access to the beach that way you didn’t have to cross the busy intersection. The pool is literally steps from the front door and is very clean! I would definitely stay again!

So peaceful
We have always loved Baytown wharf/surrounding area. Everything is accessible by golf cart which is so convenient! We loved every second of our stay! The street was quiet and rental was clean! Will definitely stay here again.

This House was absolutely perfect for our family of four! We had an entire bedroom to spare but the comfort we had couldn’t be beat. Management team was very responsive and helpful. We will be booking again in the future!

Fun and Sun
We absolutely loved staying at the bungalos of Sandestin! So much to do on property and amazing places to eat! we loved that we could take the golf cart everywhere on property including the beach! I will say the beach is very crowded so we did drive to Henderson State park twice, which is just a short 10 minute drive and well worth it!

Amazing Property
The property was in a great location and close proximity to everything. It was exactly as described and was extremely clean. I was able to communicate with the property manager regarding any questions. The golf cart was an added bonus that allowed us to access the resort and the beach with ease. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation
Our family really enjoyed our stay!! You cannot ask for a better location. The golf cart provides a convenient mode of transportation throughout the resort, rooms are comfortable, spacious. It felt like a little home away from home.

Cute place!
We love this area and have stayed in 4/5 different bungalows in this neighborhood! The location of this particular one is literally directly in front of the pool gate, which was great with kids. The property was very clean/well stocked. If i had any complaints it would be .. The home had a strong smell of mothballs when we first walked in. Tv in upstairs bedroom is super tiny. Like a tablet screen size. Furnishings are a bit dated compared to the other homes we stayed in… but everything was very clean, which is more important to me. Beds were comfortable. Golf cart was nice, We would stay here again.

Fantastic Getaway HQ
The property was ideal for our family as we vacationed along the Emerald Coast. We loved everything about it. We would gladly stay there again. The only drawback was two doors down there were five guys staying in a bungalow, and they partied hearty and very loudly outdoors every night until after 1 a.m. The 10 a.m. quiet regulation should have been enforced by security.

Amazing stay
We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and very clean! The screened in porch is wonderful! Beds are all super comfortable. We worried about hot water available for everyone showering after the beach, but never had a single problem. The hosts are amazing to work with. Only suggestion would be a pizza cutter, we found out the hard way there isn’t one there. Definitely recommend this house for your stay! Thank you!!

Home away from home!
Our expectations were blown away when we arrived at the property. Such a family oriented home with a warm welcoming vibes. My wife loved the decorations and cleanliness of the home. My children enjoyed the games that were provided by the host. We ended up have early due to the tropical storm, but wish we could have had another day to stay. Such a cozy and inviting home that we would recommend and book again in the future.

Excellent property
We arrived to the house used the remote key pad to get in and the place was beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook and well maintained. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a half bath off the kitchen. Perfect for our family. My favorite thing was the porch. We spent most of our time sitting playing games or reading there (when we weren’t at the beautiful beach) So relaxing. We had a brief issue with the AC however the management company (especially Judy) took care of things right away and were extremely responsive. Loved having the golf cart. It’s a MUST HAVE! Highly recommend this house.

Great house
This house was beautiful inside and out. The pool and putting area right across the street was a bonus. The golf cart was great and in excellent condition. Loved this home and recommend it to anyone. Judy with Russell vacations was great to work with and very responsive. We are never ready to leave and can't wait to return to Sandestin.

Great house
The house is great; perfect lay out and clean! It’s directly across from the pool and putting green. Just steps away. Not close to the beach if that is important to you. Golf cart can get you there but it’s not the most convenient.

Great home
The house was the perfect place for our family’s vacation. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool being just steps from the front door. The screened-in porch was nice for evenings just sitting outside for awhile. The home came with a 4 person golf cart which we used A LOT! It would have been better if the golf cart could hold 6 people but other than that, it was nice. We were able to ride it to Publix and other shops, to Baytowne Village for dinner and snow cones. And then to the beach which was a short trip from the house. We had an issue with the compressor for the a/c. After calling Russell Vacation, a serviceman was there in no time to check on it. Being in the Sandestin resort is very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!
For attending a conference in Baytowne, this was the absolute perfect home for a great price. It was spacious, nicely decorated with a coastal theme, very clean, and the best part was it included a golf cart so you could zip around to the conference center as well as the shops and restaurants at Grand Boulevard. Being directly across from the pool was also a huge plus. Highly recommend this home!

Enjoyed our stay in the Bungalo!
We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and in a good location. The coffee pot needs to be replaced. The heating element is going out and the water did not drip all the way. The rugs need cleaning badly. Our white socks turned brown after walking on the rugs. Everything else was good. Overall, we would go back but would hope these two things could be addressed.

Perfect Location
The rental is directly across from the pool. We loved riding the golf cart to the village for dinner each night. The unit was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. We would rent this property again!

We enjoyed this unit, it was perfect!
We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The street was very quiet. We were able to walk every morning because of the sidewalk along the main street. The golf cart was nice to have because we didn't have to take the car to the beach or to Baytowne Village. The Bungalos was quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with if we wanted to do that. The front porch was very nice. It was a great place to cool down after our walks. The Management Company was very helpful as well. There was an issue with the kitchen sink that was fixed very quickly. Everything that we needed was close by. We would book this unit again if we stay in this area again.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable.
Wonderful stay. Home was clean. Rooms spacious. Enough room to relax. Minor issues with golf cart. Dave was very responsive, to the point of changing out a golf cart around the midnight hour. All in all, would certainly recommend the home to others.

Amazing Stay!
We had the BEST time! The house was immaculate and had everything we could have needed. The golf cart was wonderful for getting us to the beach or dropping me at the Conference Center for meetings. Fantastic Stay at the Bungalo
We thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay at the bungalo in Sandestin. The beach access, the golf cart, and the entire property were enjoyable for our family of five. Our children are a little older, so using the cart to venture into the Wharf area or even the shops along hwy 98 during the evening worked out extremely well for us. We will be back!

Nicely updated beach house
Very clean updated home. No clutter and nicely decorated. Screened in porch was comfortable and heavily used by everyone in the family. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The only thing we missed was a golf cart to get around in. Will come back if they get one for the home.

Beautiful home!
This home is just beautiful! although it looks small and cramped from the outside the home opens up beautifully upon entry and makes great use of space. The Rental company (Russell vacation rental) had excellent customer service. Property was clean the community was very quiet. Pool and putting green literally steps from the door. I would certainly stay at this property again!

Beautiful!!
This home is absolutely beautiful, you would not think that this little home had so much to offer. It is huge inside. It's very clean, updated, spacious and convenient. The community pool is right across the street and so is golf. The area where the home is located is in a cul-de-sac and there is not a lot of parking space, just enough for two vehicles . However, that's not a problem because you can figure that out if you have a extra vehicle. The owner was easy to work with and replied to emails promptly. One day during our stay the breaker went out in part of the kitchen and someone came over and handled the problem literally he was there in 3 to 5 minutes. I'm very picky, I would go back there anytime I needed a vacation home. So satisfied!!!!
