“They missed to clean room and staff was rude :(.”

“All was great”

“Comforter had a spot of blood on it. The coffee maker did not work. The floor was sticky in the bathroom and foyer. There was only one nightstand on one side of the king size bed. There was no soap or liquid bath wash in the shower.The refrigerator had no freezer in it. There was no safe in the room. The toilet paper holder came loose from the wall. The drain in the sink was not functional. Water stood in the Bassin because the stopper dropped down into the drain.”

“Overpriced for the location, beach access is tricky and timely, the shower doors don't close and the ice machines don't work and bread service is $9. But a swanky hotel.”

“The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The breakfast buffet was much better than standard breakfast buffets with eggs, various meats, oatmeal and condiments, excellent coffee and different breads and juices. Within a 100 meters and you can enter SanDestin resort and can have a lovely walk along tree-lined streets to a bayside village with retail shops, restaurants and lagoons teeming with wildlife. So pleasant. Relaxing. Just wonderful.”

“We stay here every trip to Destin and love it. The best part is the private beach so it’s not as crowded as right next door at the public beach.”

“Great location to the beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained. I loved the fact that a washer and dryer were in the condo. The condo was located near the local attractions. ”

“Over all our stay was good. We were traveling from Orlando to Arizona and decided to stay in miamar for a beach day. Our room had a very weird smell to it but we got in so late that we just dealed with it. Maybe a carpet change is needed in the hallway and rooms. Smelled like cheese pizza. Staff was okay, not overly friendly yet not rude.”

“Nice resort and property. Perfect for meetings at the convention center. Condo could use some updating but comfortable and good value. Some stains on furniture, blinds in bedroom are broken and no mats or rugs to catch sand. There is a shelf in the bathroom that is over the toilet that is a dangerous risk for hitting head. The biggest problem we had was management. Did not get information on parking in advance but we contacted them and confirmed it. We were not aware that condo did not include……

“I would have given all 5 stars but I had trouble with the shuttle picking us up in the afternoon. We would be standing outside and they would ride right past us. Also one night i had something that looked similar to mouse droppings after coming back to the room on my bed. I can’t prove that it was that but it looked very similar. I had not eaten in the room or anything and it was for sure not there when i left.”

“First, I asked for a resolution yesterday, and you never responded until I reached out. Second, that's not cool. I would never leave a property like that. This is very bad when my family can't sit there without having both doors open to air it out the entire time!Complaint will be filed on Expedia requesting my full refund. I have pictures of mold in the drain of the hallway bathroom along with the dirty light switch as well as the masterļ bedroom ceiling fan is falling down when my husband……
