Early April Getaway
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property directly on Miramar Beach, FL. The accommodations were perfect for us and directly on the beach and VERY close to shopping and many restaurant options. Great place to stay, would definitely return.

Great spot!
Loved the location and how close the pool is to the back door. The only thing we didn’t like was that it’s advertised with a washer and dryer in the condo- it’s not. It’s on the 2nd floor and you have to pay to use it. That’s hard when you have small kids and really need to wash towels and clothes. Other than that it was great!

Very nice
Would probably not stay on first floor over looking the pool again. During the day, people at the pool could see right in. Had to keep the blinds closed if people were at the pool. Everything else was great!

Nice condo
We really enjoyed our stay in Miramar Beach! The condo was perfect for us as my sister owns the one next-door. There were plenty of amenities, including a beach chair service, so we didn't have to drag chairs down to the beach. This was a trip for my elderly mother, and she had a wonderful time. The only downside was that the condo wasn't completely clean when we arrived. The beds and towels were fine, but the bathrooms and floor were pretty dirty. I'll need to buy my son new socks because they are all black on the bottom from the floor. I used the vacuum to remove dirt and sand, but had no cleaning products to clean the floor properly. I don't fault the owners at all, but it may be worth a call to the property management agency so the owners are aware :)

Great quick family getaway
Property is as advertised. Very clean unit. Just a few steps walk to the beach. Quiet building. The building had a pipe burst and we were without water for about 8 hrs, but the property manager hopped right to action and delivered bottled water and a few gifts for our troubles. Would stay at the property again!

Our favorite so far!
the location of the building was perfect. It was on the beach, near the outlets, close to a grocery store, pharmacy and gas station. The condo was clean and and well decorated. We all loved it!

Fun Getaway
We had a wedding to attend for a weekend and decided to extend our stay and enjoy a week of sunshine on the beach. This was a great place to stay, back door walks right out to the beach or pool. Very convenient to beach and Destin area. Right off scenic 30A. Very safe gated community. Highly recommended.

Great Location & Stay!
My husband and I were very happy with our stay here. The only problem we had was discovering the microwave didn't work in the morning, but I was able to call the maintenance number provided and someone was out to help solve the issue within 1-1.5 hours. The master bed was pretty high to get into for my pregnant self, but the mattress was very comfortable. We loved the ease of our walk to the beach everyday, the closest walk we've ever had! It was also a nice surprise having free access to a set of chairs and umbrella out on the beach for us. We stayed during a holiday weekend but the beach was never overcrowded by any means. There is also every amenity you could possibly need in the area within a 5-7 min drive (with no traffic). We loved staying here and will definitely be back!!

Great location, property wasn’t clean when we arrived
We love this condo complex. We have stayed here more than 25 times in multiple different units. When we arrived here, this unit was not appropriately cleaned. The fridge was truly filthy and the counters in the kitchen had not been wiped down. There was sand all over the unit as well. We spent about an hour cleaning the unit upon our arrival cleaning the kitchen and fridge. In addition, the master tub and shower don’t drain well so you are often showering in about 2-3 inches of water at your feet. Also, as noted by a note on the fridge, it takes about 10 hours to cool down when loaded with drinks and food. This could easily be remedied with a better/newer refrigerator. We did love the ease of access to the pool and beach this unit provides. However, there are multiple other units in this complex that seem to be better managed.

Incredible Location
The location of this property is outstanding. Easy to get places without traffic being an issue. The unit was exactly as pictured except bigger than the pictures show. It was very clean. Kitchen had plenty of items for us to be able to cook any typical vacation meal we wanted (spaghetti, tacos, burgers, etc). Bathrooms were very simple, but good enough. One thing we absolutely LOVED was the window shades. They are heavy blackout sliding shades that have magnetic clips that keep them closed - so you can actually have a dark room to sleep in past sunrise!! Only slight down side was the pool in front of the unit. It is exactly as pictured (which I really appreciate). We didn’t think it would be quite the focus of our view with the beautiful ocean behind us, but it was. On the upside, the noise after 10:00 was strictly enforced, so noise was never an issue. Overall, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Updated, clean and GREAT Location!
We have been traveling to the panhandle of Florida for 20 plus years. We love the white sands and crystal emerald waters. Unfortunately, so do many others and crowds have become an issue in enjoying the area. However, this unit located in Huntington by the Sea is a diamond in the rough. Limited guests, one row of umbrellas, quiet and centrally located to everything! We will be returning again.

This unit has everything you need, and everything of quality as well. They really care about this condo! Would be my go to spot every time if it had an in unit washer/dryer but we only stayed 4 nights so we packed accordingly! Very clean, nice, and great location!

Great location and quiet beach
Access to beach and pool was very easy and the daily beach chair setup was a plus. We had some issues with plumbing and cleanliness of the room when we first arrived and then again noted some plumbing issues a few days later. Maintenance and plumbers were quick to respond as well as guest relations sent a cleaner out quickly. I would recommend a bathroom update specifically the tubs/shower. I read prior reviews prior to booking about the master bed but didn’t think much about it because it is a vacation home but now have to agree it was rough to sleep on for a week, rock solid. Would definitely recommend switching that out. Again couldn’t beat the quick easy access to the beach and quietness of it.

Family beach vacation was perfect.
Being able to walk straight out on to the beach or the pool from your condo is great! This kitchen was stocked nicely with all you need. The bed in this condo was very nice, which is an often overlooked key amenity for a relaxing vacation!!

Wonderful set-up
This property has everything you need to make a beach vacation with a family a success. The accessibility to the beach and pool is as easy as walking out your back patio sliding door. With the weather being a bit chilly, the heated pool was used a lot by our kids. The condo overlooks the pool, which is a little less private, but with little kids it made our trip very easy. The property facilities were clean and well kept. I was worried about not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but a laundry room is on the 2nd floor right above the unit. Surf Hut is a short walk to the beach and had great drinks and food. Our beach chairs and umbrella were set out each morning, and the attendant was very nice! Overall, we were very happy and we will go back!

We enjoyed the stay, privacy and convenience. The down side was we unfortunately discovered roaches that seem to be in the toaster and there was someone working next door from 8-5 each day. You could hear what sound to be someone setting tile and with each tile you would hear 5-10 knocks.

Great place, great location
We are already looking forward to our next trip to the Destin area. The waves kept us out of the ocean our entire vacation but the central location of this property made it easy to find non-beach things to do.

Extremely satisfied!
This condo has been, by far, my favorite property I’ve ever rented! It was so clean and organized. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with plenty of towels. Very nice property. The rental location is perfect. Everything you could need, stores, shopping, food, activities are all just minutes away. The beach is steps from your back door and is the closest beach front property I’ve rented as far as distance to the water. Parking was amazing as you’re able to park directly outside your door. Communication with owners was very quick and informative. I felt very safe and secure at this property. We never needed any assistance as everything was as listed, provided, and in great working order! Can not recommend enough!

Fantastic
We had a wonderful time. The ground floor was ideal for our toddler as she could play with bubbles in the yard or stomp in puddles when the weather was rainy. The beach service was nice. Close to everything and right on the beach. Rooms and beds were comfortable.

Great visit to Miramar Beach
Overall, our visit to Miramar Beach was fantastic. We loved the condo and it met our needs. A bit disappointed that some of the normal beach items for kids were not in the condo, so had to go purchase (eg beach toys) and were then left to pack somehow to bring home to throw away. Perhaps the rental company could provide a box in a closet vs having so much waste occur. The condo was great, close to the pool and walkway down to the beach. The grounds were nice, but a bit of dirt and sand just out side of the patio s could use some help with grass planted to help with dirt. The cleaning equipment was a bit dated; ended up biting a mop to use and left it there in case the cleaning crew could find it helpful. The only frustration was that there was not a frying pan in the kitchen which was very odd so had to get creative and that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work we’ll and sounded like it was metal on metal when it spun. We contacted the rental company with no return reply. We like to sleep with a fan on, so was disappointing but we got over it quickly. Overall, we would return in a heartbeat.

They need washer/dryer in unit. When you advertise pet friendly mean it.
We loved being right by the beach on the first floor. However not having the washer/dryer in unit is not a satisfier. The dishwasher needed to be fixed, garbage disposal didn’t work. And don’t advertise pet friendly when you only allow owners to have pets. They were nice about it but it did not leave a good taste with us.

Great place pool wasn't heated but wasn't expecting to swim anyway
Great place. Pool wasn't heated but didn't plan on swimming anyway. Stayed right before Christmas only 3 cars in parking lot. Added extra night at last minute and since wasn't booked was very easy to accommodate us . Great place to stay during off season.

Beautiful condo!
This was a beautiful condo. Very convenient to the pool and walkway to the beach.. just step out the balcony door. Close to restaurants and shopping! Would love to stay in it again!

Updated, Fresh, Fantastic Location
Location was key and this property was spot on. It's so close to the pool and boardwalk and the beach is literally steps away from the back door of the condo. The condo is updated, fresh and beautiful! We were all super impressed and loved the place. I misunderstood the listing and thought that there would be a washer and dryer in the condo but the laundromat is actually on the second floor of the building. Big miss on my part in my review as this is very important to us but, like I said, it was my fault for misunderstanding. The email with check in instructions didn't make it to my email but the personnel was SO helpful and quick to respond. No big deal at all.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay at Monaco Sands. The location is great as we could walk right out to the pool and beach from our unit. The condo was within walking distance to the grocery, drug store and places to eat.
