A short walk to the beautiful large swimming pool & kiddie wading pool from your front door at the end of our street! Our family friendly beach house is well stocked with everything you will need for a worry free family vacation. Our villa has a unique Covered Private Fenced Courtyard with Shade and a Sun Deck year-round! Enjoy a cup of coffee at our open-air table in the cool shade while the kids are still asleep or catch up on your beach reads and your tan in one of our sun loungers! Kids and adults will love our outdoor patio area that has yard games, a dining table, gas grill and party lights. Unwind under the stars with a fruity drink and great conversation in this perfect outdoor escape.

The Sand Bar is a single floor home with no stairs, elevators or far away parking! We have an ideal covered porch and carport with private parking for two cars that is perfect for bringing in groceries and your luggage. Have a lot of stuff to bring? You may not need it! We have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, pool noodles and even a beach cart for the quick 8 minute walk to the beach or the pool is just steps away at the end of our street. Our beach house has been a private family vacation home and has not been a rental. This local art filled home will make you feel right at home with a well stocked kitchen and special extra family vacation touches. You can even purchase the local art, as some pieces were created by the sisters who own it and certain prints and originals are for sale, ask us about it!

Going out? Get ready in your own spacious master closet and special dressing area with a large makeup counter and sink with blow dryer. This area allows for more than one person to get ready at the same time. We also provide luggage racks and laundry baskets. Finally - what does Seascape Resort offer? Our family oriented community features lots of great amenities including Tennis, Golf, Pools, and Dining at restaurants you can walk to. Shopping, Ice Cream and Seafood are all here just a stroll away! Our all in one resort, offers great streets for families to ride their bikes. Bring your own, or rent them here in the resort.
