We welcome you to our peaceful cottage in the countryside where you can meet up with family or friends. Located in the Viaur valley on the Municipality of Mirandol –Bourgnounac between Albi in the Tarn and Ville franche de Rouergue in Aveyron our cottage is for nature lovers.
Nearby: swimming in the river, lake and nautical base, walking and hiking, canoeing, mountain biking, horse riding, farmers' market, local festivals, etc.

The cottage is composed of 3 bedrooms, a huge TV lounge, an equipped kitchen, an intermediate living room upstairs which can be used as additional sleeping accommodation, 3 bedrooms - including 2 doubles and a children's room with 2 places - 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, very large terrace overlooking a large garden.
Visit our towns and villages: the Episcopal City of ALBI classified as a UNESCO heritage site in 2010., CORDES-SUR-CIEL classified as the preferred village of the French in 2014, Monestiés, Najac, Sauveterre de Rouergue, St Antonin -Noble- Val. Penne or take advantage of the Cap Découverte leisure and adventure park.

Week-end agréable

Nous avons apprécié notre week-end dans cette maison qui est grande et agréable et beaucoup apprécié la présence du jardin et de la piscine. Valérie est souriante et sympathique. RAS. Notez que les réseaux téléphone et internet passent très mal là-bas. Ça peut être recherché, ou pas.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Mirandol. Le bon accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires, la belle maison, la piscine et la region nous donnent envie de revenir. Merci pour ces vacances qui nous ont été fort agréables.
