"Liked the fact it was next to the Abbey and being able to visit outside of normal hours. The building is beautiful but lacks the facilities one would expect from a 4* hotel. No bar, no fridge, water or tea/coffee making facilities in room. Our TV and in-room telephone did not work and it took them ..."
