Convenient hotel , close to highway!

Overall stay was great Room seemed dated Windows leaked moisture pillows can be firmer Pool can be cleaner

Did the job

Pros: The Bath and Body Works products in the room
Cons: upgrades. New lights.
Location: Eggsmart for breakfast very close by. Jump back on the highway easily after your stay.
We were staying over in the city to go to a Christmas party and didn't want to drive after. There were no bells and whistles. A bit dingy and run down, but we were greeted nicely and offered a room upgrade because my husband is a member. Bed was hard and some lights were out in the room. Quiet though and we had everything we needed.

Right off the freeway. Nice setting.

I am glad I was facing away from the highway. Comfortable and convenient if you have business or family in that area. Staff were great. Hotel clean. Breakfast good but lacking gluten free items. Parking very convenient. Quiet place.

Ok hotel

Staff was friendly at check in. Room is old, I imagine they will renovate some time soon. Lights in our room were wired strangely so you couldn't actually turn off the bedroom light - we actually had to unscrew the bulb to get a dark room. Tv in both the bedroom and living room area, which was nice. Keurig machine handy too. Fine for an overnight stay.

No credit card, no room

I arrived after booking a room. I don't have a credit card so they would not give me a room. I was from out of town and it was 7pm when I arrived and I was left with no where to stay. The desk guy was also very rude! I don't have a credit card cause I don't want or need one. My choice yet I was treated like I was dirt. I have money and a great job making more money then this jerk. Never again will I ever stay in this chain of hotels.

Horrible overnight front desk staff

I had booked a room for 4 nights but my gf and I arrived earlier than we expected because we were driving. At 3am the two people at the front desk were very in accomodating when I asked them for an early check in so I asked for a room for the night which I was willing to pay full price for because my gf was exhausted and I didn't want her to sleep in the truck. The guy told me he had no rooms left and that I should leave and when I confronted the overnight 'manager' about the other person being rude, he told me I shouldn't stay there and to cancel my booking through Expedia and my cancellation wouldn't matter because it's the weekend an they can rent the room easily. They weren't even at 60% capacity when I checked online. So I checked in in the morning, spent the night and cancelled my other days and thankfully got an executive suite at the signature sandman for just a little more money. It was a tremendous upgrade. Please save yourself a horrible stay which will spoil your vacation. Pass on this hotel.

Former smoking room still smelled. Staff blamed Expedia.

2 star hotel

Very very run down only a 2 star hotel to give it 3 stars would be a stretch. Damaged walls doors falling apart. It has not been kept up it needs a full renovation.
