Service - some of the best we ever received anywhere we have stayed. Room satisfactory - the only complaint is that the elevator service at this hotel is and has been deplorable in the past 9 months and really needs to be fixed once and for all.

Security everywhere and yelling at children roaming around. We had service dog and were charged a fee. Told that service dogs are not exempt. Scary just around this hotel; people hanging around in dark spaces all very weird and uncomfortable.

The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. But this hotel is a temporary residence for some. Many kids running around and waiting for the bus in the morning to go to school. The restaurant in the morning is very crowded to the point that I went out for breakfast… There’s also a security guard on site… I wonder why… Not a place to hang out….

Good business trip hotel
Good place to stay for a week-long business trip. The hotel is close to the office I was visiting. There are a number of restaurant choices within a 5-10 minute drive. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue I noted was noise from the highway starts pretty early in the morning if you're not an early riser.

The staff were all fantastic, the room was clean and nice. My only issue is ongoing elevator issues. I spent 4 weeks at this location between July and September, and there were constant issues. Hopefully this gets resolved.

The stay was excellent with friendly and inviting staff always willing to help. Loved the room as hardwood floors are much better than carpet and even the carpet in the hallway was always vacuumed. When going to our floor you could smell that it was clean and kept clean! Breakfast was good and the staff there was always ready to help as well. However what made our stay the top of all travelling we do was Our Sam at the front. He introduced us to the go train and where to visit. He took the time to pull out the map and circle where he would suggest to go while giving a disruption of each place! My family loved speaking with him as he provided excellent customer service by treating us as long time friends with simple humor! He invited us back and because of the excellent experience we will be back! A great TY to all however a special TY to Sam “I Am”…. Does he like green eggs and ham? We will be back to find out! Definitely worth the stay! Thank you, Winnipeg Familia!

I booked through Expedia 2 queen beds, when I arrived I was given 1 queen bed and 1 queen pullout. I was in Toronto for a medical procedure on my back and needed my own bed. My husband had to sleep on the queen pullout which was not very comfortable. At checkin, I asked for the 2 queen bed rooms, they said no more available, even tho I had booked this room well in advance. Couldn't cancel because of the medical appointment. Breakfast good one morning, but not so great the next.

Pros- The stay was one night on Aug 11-12. Breakfast was like a Holiday in Standard, good quality with, many options, and an overall Clean hotel. And reasonable pricing and Room was spacious, Cons Being an IHG member, they did not even try for late checkout options (if you sign up, you get early check-in and out options) said our policy is 11 am and only extended to noon after many persuasions and insisting. In contrast, Holiday Inn Mont Tremblant was a very, very pleasant experience compared. The staff is friendly. However, service is slow and not available when needed. - both elevators were out for our stay, with our Room being on the 5th floor, 502, with elderly parents with knee issues; not only that, but a false fire alarm triggered by the mechanics working on the elevators for the hotel did not help the process. They did offer me 15000 points for IHG for the inconvenience before checkout, but this does not cover much as a bare room on a primary day is 30000 plus.

The hotel is very nice, generally clean w/ excellent, friendly housekeeping staff. Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was outstanding; best I've ever experienced, make your own pancakes, juice, milk, yogurt, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, great home fries, croissants, toast, oatmeal, coffee bar, & several breakfast staff keeping food stocked & areas clean. Indoor pool was great, too; large & clean &included a rinse shower & sauna room. Facility also had fitness room overlooking pool but didn't use it. Downside to stay was the refugees that Holiday Inn is housing in the hotel. They were segregated on the first 2 floors. There was a strong security presence in hotel lobby & on these 2 floors. Hotel cordoned off back parking lot for exclusive use by the refugees - adults, children sitting, walking, riding bikes and gathering in and around that lot all day, day after day. A rather unfortunate circumstance for everyone, including patrons who were not advised in advance that hotel was housing migrants. There was not a lot of supervision of the children outside & some were hanging around front parking lot & exit, it was just not safe driving in/around the lot as the children did not seem to understand parking lot safety protocols. The refugees were fed daily in segregated conference room on 1st floor down hall from breakfast area. Given cost of housing, food, security, Holiday Inn is making a lot of $$$ on these people and that's why they do it.

John was fantastic the night I checked into the hotel. Whenever he saw us, he’d ask how things were going and if we needed anything. I was very impressed with the hospitality, cleanliness and how friendly the staff were. I would definitely stay here again!
