Your apartment is located in a unique location. At 1300 m altitude at the Pass Thurn between Jochberg and Mittersill, directly at the middle station of the Panorama lift in the skiing Kitzbühel-Kirchberg. From the terrace of the house is 20 m from the gondola. After a great day of skiing on perfectly groomed slopes you can ski down to this very terrace.
The apartment is high quality and modern place. Real wood flooring exude alpine charm, which also emanates from the exterior of the house. In the summer you have endless entertainment - and recreational opportunities. The hiking trails of the Kitzbühel Alps comprise 1000 kilometers. The Schwarzsee Reith bei Kitzbühel and the Weißsee Uttendorf are two beautiful lakes in 15 minutes reachable. Even closer is the natural swimming lake in Hollersbach. The is located directly at the valley station of the panorama train, and is thus easily reachable not only by car or bicycle, but also with the gondola.

Still terrific however the situation in winter. If you step out of the house, then it's pretty much 30 m to the middle station of the Panoramabahn. You are in the Kitzski area, the Kitzbühel-Kirchberg ski area. This was 2013, 2014 and 2015, awarded as best ski resort in the world. Perfectly groomed slopes, and many quaint cottages await you. The legendary Streif in Kitzbühel bezwichen once? No problem. The away benfalls on skis. If you miss then the apres-ski in Kitzbühel time: The ski bus stops right in front of Kitzbühel the house.
