I booked this place mainly because of the access to the pools next door (RapSoDie) which is now, unfortunately, closed for reconstruction. Gegen 16:15 war niemand erreichbar, die ausgehängte Telefonnummer wurde zwei Mal zu einem Anrufbeantworter weitergeleitet und der Call-Knopf am Tresor lief ins Leere. Im Rückruf würde mir erklärt, dass jemand im Gastraum ist, der war jedoch noch verschlossen. Danach erschien man dann doch zum Check-in"
