This property is very tired. Terazzo shower floor is broken up. The bathroom door swollen from humidity, with mold in the ceiling. Wall paper is peeling off, the a/c is super loud. White sheets and towels are actually grayed out and didn’t smell fresh.
The room was not ready until exactly 3pm.
The double queen room is so small that you cannot open a luggage.
Both maintenance and cleaning team quickly responded to broken fixture and missing towels. The reception team was very courteous.
Easy access to Central Park, and subway station..

Nice views.. but food at restaurant left a lot to be desired. Also staff presentation was terrible. They need uniforms and a dress code. Booty shorts, wrinkled clothing... its all a part of the experience and everyone looked like they got up out of bed and came to work. Take pride. Its managements fault ..
