The flat was convenient and location is excellent 15 min walk to the train station. There was a cleaning service multiple times per our stay. The area is safe and there is a supermarket just in front of the building. The staff was really nice, gave us some tips about the city. Will come back.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Nice room, very clean

Our stay at Le Louise Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and located in a perfect area for exploring Brussels. The rooms are comfortable, and the service from the staff was consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive. The Concierge Mariano was exceptional; knowledgeable, attentive, and always ready with excellent recommendations that made our visit to Brussels even more enjoyable. Antonio the bellman was wonderful, very helpful, friendly and always helping us with suggestions as well I would definitely recommend Le Louise Hotel to anyone visiting Brussels who values comfort, great service, and a convenient location.”
