Belle maison agréable à vivre pour notre week-end famille. Elle est bien placée pour visiter L’île d’Oléron, Brouage, Marennes ou Rochefort qui sont à proximité. Seul bémol, on ne peut pas dire qu’elle était très propre. Il y avait des traces grasses et de coulures sur les éléments de la cuisine. La douche était bouchée après 2 passages… heureusement la conciergerie a été réactive (nous étions 10 dans le logement), merci à elle.
