"Very disappointing! The fridge in this property does not work, the air con broke down and the second bedroom reeked of cigarette smoke. We will not be staying here again or at any properties managed by the vendor, Air Keeper. If you choose to stay here, we recommend you bring a screwdriver to open the the bedroom cupboards because they haven't bothered to attach door handles."
